Additional Info: Lead Clinician PMHNP (CA) Delivers comprehensive behavioral health care, consulting with providers on complex cases, supervising BHCs, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. Responsibilities include chart review, case conferences, staff coaching, quality improvement, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinic flow and service delivery.Required: MSN; current/unrestricted CA RN & NP licenses; specialty license; DEA registration; CA Furnishing Number; board certified/eligible; valid CA drivers license, auto insurance, clean record; CPR certified; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to train and develop staff.Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish; experience serving underserved populations.
