- Compensation: Salary between $180,337 and $295,464, depending on experience
- Benefits: - Up to $5,000 for relocation allowance- PTO depends on years of service and varies between 224 - 460 maximum hours accruable - 11 paid holidays, sick leave, other leaves- Medical and dental coverage, FSA- DEA fee exempt organization + licensure renewals and board certification fees are reimbursed- Retiree medical insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance- Worker's comp full coverage as required by the Oregon Worker's Compensation Act-$2500 CME Education stipend for full-time providers and 5 CME days or (40 hours)

A senior leader, this role guides clinical policy, supervises provider teams, manages budgets, drives quality improvement, and represents the center in public and interagency settings. Requires current Oregon medical licensure (MD, DO, or NP), board certification, DEA and CPR certification, and eligibility for credentialing.
