--Contract length: 3-months with the possibility to extend

--Coverage Type: scheduled hours

--Monday-Tuesday, 8am-5pm w/1 hour unpaid lunch.

--Schedule Details: 2 days a week, 8am-5pm, ONLY

--Facility #1 on Mondays (medical only) and Facility #2 on Tuesdays (inpatient treatment)

--Avg. Daily Census: up to 16 patients daily

--Support staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists,

--Procedures: assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, including substance use disorders, across the lifespan.

--Required: Board Certification, Active WA license, DEA, covid and flu vaccine

--Must have 2 years' minimum experience
