We are a large, physician-owned group expanding in Elgin, IL, and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team alongside our lead physician providing exceptional wound care. This opportunity offers the chance to work in both Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and in-home settings.

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

• Certified in wound care or prior wound care experience.
• Proficiency in the misting technique is required.
• Ability to work in both SNF and home settings.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
