• 8 am - 5 pm schedule, 2 days weekly on alternating days with full-time potential
• 15 - 20 patients per day, up to 3 medication checks per hour
• Office staff assists with check-in, medical technicians manage vitals and medications
• EMR: AdvancedMD
• Ketamine administration and medication management experience required
• Established patient base for medication management
