Outpatient

7 ORs, 2 procedure rooms

MDs on site supervise CRNAs

Cases:General, Ortho, plastics, ENT, GI, GYN, Eyes, peds

Paper charting- No EMR

REQUIRED:

FL State license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified NBCRNA and DEA required

COVID-19 Vaccine Required

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate

Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

5 days per week, 40 hours per week Monday- Friday 7a-3p; plus lunch break,20 shift per month - full-time

60 days, clean files only
