MAJOR DUTIES - Receive and review requests from physicians and other health care providers for CT examinations of patients. - Conduct examinations, adjusting technique and equipment to best present the medically significant aspects found if unanticipated conditions or anomalies are discovered. - Select, set up, adjust and operate CT equipment. - Perform CT imaging of the head, spines, extremities, bodies, to include biopsies, and drainages. - Perform operator level maintenance and care of equipment. - Perform front desk duties to include receiving patients, scheduling, and explaining methods of examination in person and over the telephone. PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
