Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wound Care Physician located in Bentonville, AR. This is an outpatient opportunity with no call and no weekends The Wound Care Physician will be responsible for:

 

·                Providing wound care treatment

·                Conducting assessments

·                Developing treatment plans

·                Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

·                Ensuring high-quality patient care.

 

Details about position

 

·                M-F work schedule, no call, no weekends

·                FP, IM or General Surgery certification is needed

·                Newley certified physicians are encouraged to apply

·                Growth of the position is based on referrals

·                Physician will be expected to grow the practice and create referral sources

·                Salary range of $225,000 - $230,000 + production bonus 

 

Qualifications

·       Experience in managing complex wound cases as a physician or surgeon

·       Certified Wound Specialist Physician ( CWSP) a plus

·       Can be BC/BE General Surgery, Bariatric, Vascular Surgery or Plastic Surgery 

          or BC/BE  Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics

·        Experience on a multidisciplinary team

·       Expertise in wound assessment, treatment & management 

·       Knowledge of wound care technologies and best practices

·       Active Arkansas medical license or ability to obtain one

·       Previous experience in a wound care setting is preferred
