• Working Medical Director role -- approximately 75% clinical and 25% administrative leadership
• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry required
• Residential behavioral health setting serving adolescents and young adults
• Supervise and provide oversight to psychiatric NPs and prescribing providers
• Interdisciplinary team including NPs, therapists, nursing, and behavioral health specialists
• MD or DO with significant psychiatric leadership experience preferred
• On-site presence required; relocation to Central Minnesota area expected
• Employed position with a well-established residential behavioral health program
