The Physician serves as a health-care professional and capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

We areseekinga dedicated and experiencedPrimary Care Physicianto join our team on aPRN (as-needed) basis. This is azero-hourcontracted role, ideal for providers looking for flexible scheduling while contributing to high-quality outpatient care. The Physician will manage a variety of health-related concerns, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric populations.

  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date medical histories and records.

  • Evaluate and managemoderately complex tocomplex medical conditions.

  • Refer patients to specialists whenappropriate.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Exercise independent judgment in clinical decision-making.

  • Contribute to departmental strategy and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduateofan accredited MD or DO program.

  • Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.

  • Board Certification inFamily Medicine,Internal Medicine, orGeriatric Medicine.

  • Preference for value-based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.

  • Mustbe passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.

  • Participation in Humana/Senior BridgesTuberculosis (TB) screening programisrequired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialty inFamily Medicine,Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics.

  • Experience working withsenior populationsor invalue-based care models.

  • Familiarity withelectronic health records (EHR)and digital documentation.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical environments.

Additional Information:

  • This is acontracted PRN rolewithno guaranteed hours; work is scheduled based on organizational needs and provider availability.

  • Ideal for physicians seekingflexibility,variety, andautonomyin their practice.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$270,800 - $378,800 per year
