• 24-hour call coverage, 10 days per month, Thursday 7am - Tuesday 7am
• Daily census: 2 - 6 Level 1 nursery, 0 - 1 Level 2 nursery, 0 - 3 pediatric floor
• Hospital-based care with Level 1 and Level 2 nursery capabilities
• Pediatric PA assists with rounding and notes
• EMR: Epic
• Skills include resuscitation, circumcisions, and umbilical catheterization
• Ongoing coverage needs for Q3 and Q4
• Level 2 nursery accepts patients down to 32 weeks gestation
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
