• 24-hour call coverage 7am-7am
• Average 1 patient per shift
• Level 1 pediatrics facility
• Newborn intubation and ventilation management required
• UVC and needle decompression procedures
• Must be within 20-30 minutes of facility
• 3 hours daily in-person rounding when patients admitted
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
