• Team of 8 Pediatricians
• Total outpatient
• 12 patients per session
• Full-time is 8 clinical sessions and Saturday clinic every 6 weeks
• Light call every 10 weeks
• 22,000 patients and 116,000 annual visits
• Patient-Centered Medical Home Level 3 Recognition
• 300 staff members providing services in primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, women's health, substance abuse, dental, eye care, and onsite lab and pharmacy
