DESCRIPTION:

Clinic with 24-hour call and pager call from a nearby hotel with 30-minute response time

Coverage details: 3-10 shifts per month.

Procedures: Tubes, tonsils, adenoids, lip/tongue ties, cautery of nasal septum, nasal endoscopy, foreign body removal of ears/nose.

EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

IL state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified

PALS

DEA & CSR

Will consider active IMLC candidates with Letter of Qualification in hand

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
