  • Start: ASAP Ongoing
  • Clinic + OR schedule weekly
  • Call included (beeper), 20-minute response time
  • Urgent Call Dates:
    • January 2, 7:00 a.m. ? January 5, 7:00 a.m.
    • January 26, 7:00 a.m. ? January 29, 7:00 a.m.
Required License & Certifications
  • Active Wisconsin License OR IMLC Required
  • Board Certified Required
  • BLS Required
  • Fellowship training Preferred
Schedule & Coverage DetailsClinic Schedule
  • Monday: 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.

  • Response time required: 20 minutes

  • Call assigned based on staffing gaps
  • Provider may have call without clinic and vice versa

  • 20+ patients per clinic shift
Requirements & Capabilities
  • Must be able to perform all standard bread-and-butter ENT procedures
  • Two audiologists in clinic
  • Some ENT procedures can be performed in clinic
  • Full-time clinic/OR coverage needed starting ASAP
