• Board Certified or Board Eligible ENT 
• Coverage needed September 22-30, 2026 with ongoing potential
• 24-hour call coverage
• Hospital-based setting
• Provider must be comfortable with all ENT procedures 
• EMR EPIC
• Active OR license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, recent case logs required
