  • Occasional clinic from 8a-11a
  • Vacation coverage
  • Schedule: December 15 0700-18 0700
  • Patients per day: 1-3
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Hospital bed size: 87
  • Case/Procedures Experience: B&B cases, no trauma
  • Practice Setting: Hospital
  • Level 4 Trauma
  • Board Certification: BC or BE in Orthopedics
  • License required: AZ License
  • DEA: Yes
  • CSR: No
