Job Description

Locums Cottonwood, Arizona, Orthopedics Trauma Surgery Job (Willing to License)Clinical Role:

    • Start Date:
    • Nov 27 (7am) - Dec 1(7am)
    • Dec 24 (7am) - Jan 1 (7am)
    • 24 hour beeper call
    • Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
    • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week
    • Support Staff: Full APP support during the day and call-in APP support at night for first assist as needed
    • Patients Per Day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day
    • Patient Population/Age: Adult
    • Department Description: Hospital, 24 hour beeper coverage
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures (not required). Peds would also be preferred but not required
    • Practice Setting: Hospital
    • Beds in Facility: 87
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
    • Active AZ License Required or IMLC LOQ
    • DEA Required
    • ATLS Required
    • ACLS Preferred
    • Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
