Job Description

Join a collegial Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care team in the Four Corners region as an Advanced Practice Provider. 

Compensation:

• Receive an hourly rate ranging from $80-$90 an hour depending on experience
• Full health, vision, and dental benefits offered to employees and their dependents 

Schedule:

• 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule 
• 100% outpatient with no call is required 

Practice Setting:

• A mix of Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care visits 
• Work alongside 1-2 tenured providers and experienced support staff in a large clinic that is well maintained

• Well-established practice that has been serving the Northwestern New Mexico area for over 20 years
• Largest provider of occupational medicine in the area with an excellent referral network from city employees and the local oil and gas industries
