Balanced visit mix with approximately 50% occupational health exams and 50% work-related injury care (workers' compensation). Deliver patient-centered care to employees across a variety of employer partners and industries, supporting workforce health and safety. Provide comprehensive occupational health services and regulatory exams, including pre-placement, fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, respiratory, DOT, and fire fighter exams. Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, supporting safe return-to-work decisions and functional recovery. Collaborate with employers, safety teams, and healthcare colleagues on workplace health, ergonomics, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
