OB/GYN opportunity in San Antonio, Texas, offering an anticipated $440,000 guaranteed base salary for the first year, plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, quality bonus, and additional call compensation. This is a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity with an established and growing practice and an immediate need for an additional OB/GYN. Highlights include: $440,000 anticipated first-year guaranteed base Approximately $54 per wRVU productivity model following the guarantee $20,000+ sign-on bonus $10,000 annual quality bonus Additional compensation for call Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Half-day administrative time available Approximately 18-20 deliveries per month, with opportunity to grow Strong OB volume with an established referral network OB hospitalist program providing triage and initial admission support Excellent Maternal-Fetal Medicine and subspecialty support Level IV NICU and dedicated OB Emergency/Triage services 24/7 in-house anesthesia and epidural coverage da Vinci robotic and advanced laparoscopic capabilities EPIC EMR Malpractice insurance including tail coverage 5 days CME plus $4,000 annual CME allowance Optional teaching opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for an OB/GYN who enjoys a busy obstetrical practice while having strong hospitalist, MFM, and surgical support.
