Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1890.00 This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Provider will be working a 5 on, 10 off rotation, inpatient call required. you will be working with two employed physicians on this rotation. This hospital OB program is restarting back after closing 2 years ago. The unit will be new with new equipment. ?The shift is 24hr call and the average deliveries prior to closing was 50-70 per month Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 5 on / 10 off rotation; call-only coverage with inpatient call required. Practice Setting: Inpatient. Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) coverage including low and high-risk pregnancies, fetal heart rate interpretation, Obstetrics ultrasounds, vaginal deliveries, Cesarean sections, complicated deliveries, breech deliveries, multiple births, Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, gynecologic procedures, and major operative gynecologic surgery. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
