Gynecological Surgeon (MIGS Fellowship) – Washington DC

Private practice concentrates on diagnosing + treating chronic pelvic pain in women and men with a procedure that is safe, effective & more comfortable than what has been offered by pelvic pain providers in the past.

OVERVIEW
• Adding a Gynecological Surgeon with a focus in Endometriosis Surgery
• Dedicated to taking care of pelvic pain and Endometriosis
• Surgeon will be supported by a team including non-operative Pelvic Pain Specialists who offer an
office based procedural approach to Endometriosis Pain, as well as Integrative Nutrition/Health Coaching focused on Endometriosis Care
• Will participate in marketing - self promotion -growing the practice reputation

 ROLE

• Shifts: M-F (No Weekends)

• Call: None

• Patient population is 16-40 years old

PACKAGE
• Salary $325k-$350k + Productivity Bonus (Example- 17.5 cases/month earns add'l $150K bonus)

Year 1 expectations total income $500k+)

YOU
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completion of MIGS (Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery) Fellowship in Gynecological Surgery
• Ability to obtain/maintain State License
• Relevant State DEA
• 3+ Years of experience (3-8 years is ideal)
• Capable of doing non-robotic endo surgeries
