DESCRIPTION:

Fri (7a) Mon (7a) 24-hour call coverage. Dates ongoing 2024-2025

Call only:

oAPPs during the day 7am 7 pm

oAfter 7 pm, Physician works autonomously.

oCall back approximately 5-8 hours per a 24-hour period.

Level II Inpatient

EMR: EPIC

Procedures - required: Spinal fusion for trauma, craniotomy for trauma, EVD, ICP monitor.

oHelpful skills: ED surgical and clinical in-house patient coverage, ICU trauma and stroke management.

Procedures not required: Aneurysm clippings.

REQUIRED:

• MI state license; active, unrestricted.
• 5-year neurosurgery experience preferred.
• Certifications by AOA or ABMS BC
• COVID: First 2 COVID vaccines & flu vaccines

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
