Position Details:

• This is a well-established Primary Care office
• Take over an existing patient panel
• Membership-based concierge practice offering 24/7 direct access
• Low patient census, 6-10 patients per day
• A mix of on-site and virtual visits
• Dedicated support staff for a team approach
