Typical calls occur 5-6 times per week, mainly to manage prescriptions or provide nurse consultations.Practice Locations:Round at Valley View Nursing Home, Sapphire at Goshen, and Sapphire at Meadowhill, all within a convenient commuting distance.Team & Support:Join a team of 16 clinicians led by Medical Director Dr. Oltean. Providers typically see ~20 patients per day, focusing on consultative care rather than high-volume visits.Qualifications:Medicaid credentialing required. Experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.
