We are seeking a Physician Quality Lead to join our team in overseeing HIV/Hepatitis, STI, Tuberculosis, and PREP care across multiple locations in Patchogue, Amityville, and Brentwood.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 4 Days Clinical, 1 Day Admin
• Hours: Full-time
• Setting: Multi-location (Patchogue, Amityville, Brentwood)

Responsibilities:

• Providing Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine care for patients with HIV, Hepatitis, and STI
• Participating in Tuberculosis care with the local Department of Health
• Participating in Case Conferences with care managers
• Managing general outpatient infectious disease referrals
• Collaborating with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Women's Health, MDs, NPs, and PAs

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
• Active/Valid license as an MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification
• Leadership experience in Infectious Disease specialty
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations in a community health setting
