• 7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am shifts, 14 days per month
• 12 - 16 patients per shift
• 80-bed hospital department
• Day shift: 1 NP/PA and 2 physicians; night: 1 physician
• Intubation, chest tubes, arterial lines, PICC placement required
• Long-term permanent position through end of 2027
