• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Days, Nights, 12-hour shifts
• ACLS and BLS required
• 15 - 18 patients per day
• Open ICU with vent management is required, able to run & respond to rapid responses & code blues
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
