• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Days, Nights, 7 on / 7 off
• ACLS required
• 18 - 20 patients per day
• Open ICU with vents(acute/chronic), arterial lines and EKG interpretation
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
