Hospitalist Medicine Physician Job Description & Requirements Hospitalist Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 12 Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25 This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 7:30am-7:30pm; 11/7-11/12, 11/28-12/5, 12/12-12/17, and 12/27-1/31/27 Total census per provider per shift: 1 Procedures required: Admit, manage, discharge, consult, and transfer inpatients Electronic Medical Record (EMR): RPMS Support: None Certifications and license required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) strongly recommended Credentialing timeframe: 45 days Facility Location Polacca is a tiny, close-knit community in Navajo County, which contains parts of the Hopi Indian reservation, Navajo Nation and the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.
