• Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm -- no on-call
• 12 - 15 patients per day
• Approximately 100 active chemotherapy patients
• NP initiates inpatient consults -- provider completes
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
