Locums Hematologist/OncologistLocation: Lake Havasu City, ArizonaLicensure: IMLC AcceptedAvailability & Schedule

Start Date: ASAP Ongoing (Coverage through 2026)
Schedule:
- Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Closed for lunch 121 PM)
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Setting: Clinic only, unless patient is hospitalized
Call: None
Consults: Occasional inpatient consults

Licensing & Certification

License: Active AZ License or IMLC Required
Board Status: Board Certified Required
Certifications: BLS Required
Fellowship: Required

Practice Details

Patient Volume: High-volume clinic
Rounding: Assigned/unassigned inpatient consults only
EMR: iKnowMed
Seeking: Providers to join pool for Fall 2025 or early 2026
