A Long Island medical center is seeking a new Hematologist-Oncologist to contribute to both outpatient and inpatient treatment.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: Standard business hours
• Setting: Outpatient and inpatient

Responsibilities:

• Providing patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Participating in a rotating call schedule
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
• Supporting cancer program development
• Engaging in continuing education and research
• Performing other duties, as needed

• 2-3 years of experience
• MD/DO degree
• Board certified/eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• New York medical license
• Experience in Cancer Care
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented approach
• Compassionate patient care

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Additional Oncology certifications
• Proficiency in Clinical Research
