About the Position

• Join a top-tier national healthcare system in beautiful Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties, CA
• Lead teams from Camarillo to San Luis Obispo
• Ensure balance at work with 2 clinical and 3 administrative days per week
• Drive growth and program development, especially in clinical trials, with the full support of a robust Research Department in a large hospital system. 
• Expand oncology presence with an established group to bring in-house

Position Qualifications

• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• Active California Medical License or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to obtain a DEA and CA Controlled Substance License
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
• A well-spoken, innovative, and passionate approach to patient care and team management
