Job Description

Part-Time Hematologist/Oncologist Brattleboro, VermontLocation: Scenic Southern VermontSetting: Outpatient Clinic with Occasional Inpatient ConsultsPosition Type: Part-Time Flexible ScheduleEMR: Cerner Community WorksOpen to Commuters: Yes (1+ hour travel acceptable)Clinical Responsibilities

Provide outpatient cancer care and occasional inpatient consults at a community hospital
Average 1416 patients per day
Diagnose and manage a wide range of oncology/hematology cases
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Participate in shared on-call duties (negotiable schedule, including occasional weekend rotation)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (radiologists, surgeons, nurses, support staff)
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis
Stay current with oncology best practices and advancements
Contribute to a culture of quality, compassion, and teamwork

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Required
Flexible and open to part-time work, long-distance commute, or dual employment
Willing to participate in a shared call schedule
