Weekly Schedule Overview: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Procedures in the Endoscopy Suite Tuesday: Office-based clinic visits Thursday: Half-day clinic, half-day Endoscopy procedures Call: Night call required (in-person call backs for consults) Call ratio: 1:1 Average 12 call patients seen/night Call back volume: ~5%

Practice Details: Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient Hospital Stroke Certified 10-bed facility 25 patients per shift Assigned & unassigned patients Admissions required Facility open to multiple providers

Additional Information: Call Response Time: 30 minutes Phone Consults: 12 per shift EMR: Athena / MediTech

Licensure & Requirements: Active Virginia license required Must be comfortable with both clinic and procedural responsibilities
