Compensation: - $183,646 - $244,757 Dependent on Experience-Productivity and Quality Metric Bonus Available- Provider Tenure Step Increase 3% After the First Year of Service- 3% COLA offered each year in July

Additional Info: - Santa Cruz Community Health will be partnering with Morehouse School of Medicine in July of 2024. This will be an opportunity for an MD/DO to participate in teaching in the residency program.
