StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $250000.00 - $310000.00

This is not a transactional telehealth position. Providers develop ongoing patient relationships, coordinate care with specialists, and access comprehensive Epic-based medical records through trusted health system partnerships.

Current Hiring Priorities

We are actively seeking physicians with active licensure in:

New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, and Minnesota

Multiple active state licenses and Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility are strongly preferred.

Technology-Enabled Care

Advanced AI technology assists with chart review, patient history summaries, care gap identification, and clinical documentation, allowing physicians to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active unrestricted medical license
• Passion for patient-centered care and innovative healthcare delivery
