Family Medicine Physician Bay City, MichiganSetting: Outpatient, State-of-the-Art Community Health ParkPosition Type: Full-Time, EmployedPosition Highlights
  • Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Call: 1:10 rotation, nurse triage line support
  • Reason for Opening: Replacement for departing physician
  • Facility: Modern, patient-centered facility co-designed with community and provider input
Clinical Scope
  • Patient Population: Full-spectrum family medicine from birth through adulthood
  • Services Provided:
    • Preventive care
    • Acute and chronic disease management
    • Emotional and social health care support
  • Special Features of Facility:
    • Relaxation zones for family
    • Heated massage chairs in exam rooms
    • Soothing lights/music
    • Onsite musculoskeletal care services
    • Multispecialty services under one roof
Requirements
  • MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
  • Must have or be eligible for Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
