Civilian Independent Contractor Opportunities We offer four different locations, Fort Meade, Maryland, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland, Fort Detrick, Maryland, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, MD or DO. , outpatient services, have or will get BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
