Details & requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p · Patients per day: 20 · Practice Setting: Primary Care Clinic · Scope: Outpatient. All ages · State Licensure: Ohio state medical license, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
