$300,000 salary with $150,000 Incentive Package.   Patient volume: average 15/day.   4-day work week; 1 administrative day.   Option to see some patients via telemedicine..   Well-established program with a large referral base..   Bread and butter endocrinology with collaborative support from primary care and other sub-specialties.
