Job Description

Locum Emergency Medicine Cambridge, Ohio (IMLC Welcome)Coverage Dates: ASAP Ongoing NeedType: Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)Position Overview
  • Looking for 5-10 shifts/month, mostly nights and weekends. 7p-7a, 7a-7p
  • Organization: Physician-led
  • Annual Volume: 27,000 visits/year
  • Beds: 16-bed Emergency Department
  • Coverage Model:
  • 24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
  • 36 hours/day of APP coverage
  • Schedule: Must be available for nights and weekends
  • Administrative Support: On-site
  • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days
  • EMR System: Meditech
Requirements
    • Board Certification: ABMS/AOA in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Required (no exceptions)
    • Licensure: Active Ohio License Required
    • IMLC accepted (must provide proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience Required
  • Certifications:
  • ACLS Required
  • ATLS Required
  • BLS Required
  • PALS Required
  • NRP Required
  • COVID Vaccination: Required
  • Background: Must have a clean malpractice and disciplinary record No exceptions
