• 4 - 8 shifts per month -- flexible blocks of consecutive shifts
• Day shift: 9 am - 9 pm; night shift: 11 pm - 6 am or 7 am
• Night shifts are the primary need
• 16 patients per shift
• Inpatient hospital setting -- no rounding required
• Admissions required
• ATLS certification required
