Position HighlightsDedicated overnight schedule (8pm - 6am) 90 to 120 hours per month 16-bed emergency department Approximately 22,000 annual ED visits Medium- to high-acuity patient population Cerner EMR 17% admission rate Stroke and STEMI Center Strong specialty backup including: interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, gastroenterology, pediatrics, psychiatry, general surgery, nephrology, stroke neurology, OB/Gyn, orthopedics, and urology Credentialing typically completed in approximately 90 days Compensation and BenefitsIndependent contractor (1099) status, must have S-Corp in CA Competitive compensation with an estimated salary range of $300 - $360 hourly Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage QualificationsBoard-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) preferred Active California medical license, or ability to obtain prior to start Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications Demonstrated recent EM practice meeting hospital privileging requirements Interested in learning more?
