What youll step into

• A full-time, well-balanced patient mix with roughly 70% general / medical dermatology and 30% cosmetics (cosmetics optional), averaging 3040 patients per day in a market with strong, ongoing demand for dermatology services
• A brand-new, thoughtfully designed office equipped with modern technology, intuitive dermatology-specific EMA / EMR software and strong administrative and marketing support that keeps the clinic running smoothly
• A small, experienced clinical team that values collaboration, open communication and clinical autonomy (without leaving you feeling unsupported)
• A leadership role with added compensation through required supervision of advanced practice providers, offering both professional influence and financial upside
• A compensation structure designed to reward productivity and longevity, including a guaranteed base salary plus collections, health / dental / vision coverage, 401(k), CME allowance, potential sign-on bonus and a partnership opportunity
