A highly successful, established private dermatology practice in southwest Oregon, near Ashland is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon (MD/DO) to join its growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into immediate surgical volume within a well-supported, efficiently run practice known for its strong reputation and referral base.

This role is ideal for a full-time, permanent provider, though the practice is open to accommodating a locum tenens Mohs Surgeon.

Position Highlights

• Full-time schedule: 4 days per week (3 dedicated Mohs surgery days; 1 day of excisions and consults)
• Immediate, high-volume caseload: 1014 Mohs cases per day
• No ramp-up required walk into a thriving practice from day one
• Established patient base of 25,000+ patients with a growing waitlist
• No volume sharing between surgeons maintain full control of your schedule and productivity

Practice Environment

• Modern, efficient clinic with a new CLIA-certified lab
• Work out of 34 fully equipped surgical rooms, based on volume
• Strong clinical support, including:
• 3 experienced Medical Assistants
• Dedicated Mohs technician
• Surgical scheduler to streamline workflow
• EMA / EMR system in place
• Established internal and external referral pathways ensuring continued growth
