• Call only based position -- one week/weekend of call per month
• Off hours and weekend call coverage required
• 0 - 1 case per weekend typical
• All inpatient patient population
• Emergent cardiothoracic surgery cases
• Ability to perform emergent cardiothoracic surgeries required
• Call coverage experience required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
