Job Description

Locum-to-Perm Non-Invasive Cardiologist Ft. Wayne, Indiana

Coverage Dates: December 31, 2025 OngoingSchedule:

  • 7:00pm 7:00am (night coverage)

  • No call

  • 7-on / 7-off schedule

  • Shift change begins Monday 7pm and ends the following Monday 7am

  • Open shifts begin early January

Position Details:

  • Non-invasive cardiology hospitalist role

  • TEE required

  • Evening TEE & night TEE call

  • Hospital rounding

  • Supervise nuclear medicine

  • Admissions required

  • No Echo/Nuc/EKG reads (Muse)

  • No APP supervision and no APP support provided

Patient Volume: 1519 patients per shiftFacility: Stroke-certified hospital, Trauma Level IIEMR: CernerMultiple providers accepted

Requirements:

  • Board Certified

  • Non-Invasive Cardiology Fellowship

  • BLS & ACLS

  • Admits required
